Ownership of Content

You always retain ownership in and to your content.

The copyrights in all Content remain with the copyright owner, and nothing in the TOS shall be construed as a transfer of copyright to Kairos, subject to the licenses granted to Kairos and Kairos’s sublicensees. However, by submitting Content to Kairos, you expressly waive any artists' authorship rights or any droit moral that you would otherwise have under the laws of the State of New York, United States Copyright Act or similar laws of any jurisdiction, so that customers may use your Content in accordance with the Licenses issued by Kairos.
